So I am going to try and be better about this and make more entries! While I am not a professional chef nor have ever went to school for it I do cook a lot - with variety so I thought I would share some fun tips learned along the way! I break a lot of food line rules, most of the time in a tasty way but I will admit there have been a few (A FEW!!) not so tasty!
Today's tip is about batter/breading - fried chicken batter to be more specific. A great savory way to enhance your homemade chicken and take it to the next notch.... pancake batter :) A bit of that in your breadcrumb mixture - mmm-mmm it's so tender and juicy! I will post full recipe from start to finish later, for now off to the regular work for me. I might even be back w/a few easy sauce recipes to go w/this delicious chicken :)
